Such bipedal walking machines were quite popular a decade or so ago. This one is a customized Millibrande Exoskeleton 1500, with a shoulder-mounted surface-to-air missile pack added by the owner, probably for Pterodactyl hunting. Despite its trademark large stance and thick appendages, the Millibrandes were surprisingly well balanced and graceful machines.
